Chris Wagner
Chris has over 20 years of experience in the residential mortgage lending business. Chris has been both a producing manager for one of the largest private builders in the country and a top producer in his field with loan volume exceeding $350,000,000. Chris was presented the Top Performer Award in 2001 by the Mortgage Bankers Association of the Carolinas.
Even though the awards and recognition are always welcome and appreciated, Chris is motivated and has a passion for finding the right loan program for each of his clients. His understanding of the business allows his clients the individual attention he feels they deserve and his personal approach with his clients makes the entire loan process easier to understand, especially given the constant changes of the mortgage business.
Chris is a graduate of UCLA and lives in Charlotte with his wife and three daughters.
